What is the minimum tenancy period?
All of our tenancies are Assured Shorthold Tenancies with a 6 month minimum tenancy. These automatically convert to a rolling basis after the fixed term period ends.
What deposit options do you offer?
We offer a standard deposit option (equivalent to one month’s rent, protected by DPS).
We also accept ZeroDeposit as an alternative – this is a third party product, where one can pay non-refundable fees that are typically lower than a traditional deposit.
Are our properties furnished or unfurnished?
We offer a mix of both furnished and unfurnished properties to suit different needs and preferences. Each listing will state what's included.
Are bills included?
Water and complimentary WiFi are included with all of our properties. Electricity is billed separately, and council tax arrangement vary depending on the specific property. Please check the listing or ask us for details.
Is WiFi included?
Yes, complimentary WiFi is included in all of our properties as standard.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you have a pet, just let us know when applying and we'll do our best to accomodate.
How do I book a viewing?
Just get in touch with us - via email, phone or the website contact form, and we'll arrange a convenient time for your viewing.
How long does the application take?
It can be as quick as one day, depending on how promptly referencing is completed. We'll keep things moving as fast as possible.
Do I need a guarantor?
This depends on the outcome of your referencing. If needed, we'll guise you through the gurantor process.
Can international tenants apply?
Yes, we welcome international applicants! We'll guide you through any additional requirements if needed.
Is there an inventory provided at check-in?
Yes, an independent inventory clerk will complete a detailed check-in inventory shortly before you move in. This helps protect both you and the property.

We'll provide you with the contact details for our responsive, friendly team before you move in. We aim to handle all issues quickly and efficiently.
How do I pay my rent?
We offer flexible payment options, including secure online payment via debit and credit card, or bank transfer. You can choose the method that works best for you.
Can I extend my tenancy?
All tenancies have a minimum of a 6 month tenancy period. This will automatically convert to a rolling basis thereafter, meaning you can rent the property as long as you like.
Can I change my rent payment date?
Absolutely, We're happy to accommodate changes to your rent payment schedule - just let us know and we'll work with you to adjust it.
How much notice do I need to give?
We require one full rental month's notice if you wish to end your tenancy when you have been converted to a periodic tenancy.
If the tenancy is still within the fixed term period, you can serve your notice 1 rental month before the fixed term ends.
Will you carry out a check-out inspection?
Yes, a third party inventory clerk will complete a professional check-out inspection once you have moved out.
Can I request a reference after I move out?
Absolutely, we are happy to provide a reference for future rentals. Just get in touch and we will sort it for you.
